Founded in Santa Ana, California in 2023. Named for the city the way we say it — Santana. Organic corn chips. Three ingredients. The snacks we grew up with, without the list we grew up ignoring.
El paletero
Growing up in Santa Ana, we grew up to the sound of el paletero on the block — paletas, chips with hot sauce and limón. The cart wasn't a mascot. It was how a snack showed up at your door.
Santana Snacks is a chip company that remembers that. Not a paleta company. If the bag doesn't earn a place on that sidewalk, it doesn't ship.
Raised in Santa Ana
Victor was born and raised in Santa Ana to Mexican parents. Murals, street vendors, lowriders playing doo-wops. Food is what brought everyone to the table.
The chips he loved were a long ingredient list. The better-for-you ones never talked about Sunday. This bag doesn't make you pick.
He'd already built Nui cookies — the low-carb ones on Shark Tank. This is the chip from the city he actually grew up in.
“If you were part of the city, you didn't live in Santa Ana, you lived in Santana.”
As seen on Univisión
You're out on the street, you're listening to Ramón Ayala, to Old School Funk, you're having your cravings with Chile Valentina. It's a mix, and for me that mix is what I want to share with the world.
“Every person who tries this product — they realize they are worth a lot. You deserve a lot. You are worth a lot as a human being.”
We grew up to the sound of the cart.
