Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
In unique circumstances, we offer refunds for goods damaged in transit.
Please note, we require imagery to verify the instance in which we can refund your order. If your order arrived damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at orders@santanasnacks.com.

Damages and Issues
Did your order arrive damaged? Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can review and make things right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us for any issues, and once the issue is resolved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item if needed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed and verified your claim. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
