SHIPPING POLICY


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship orders using trusted national carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is determined based on order size, destination, and shipping method.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Santana Snacks is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please contact us at hello@santanasnacks.com.


DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@santanasnacks.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

 

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Santana Snacks is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout


 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to reship.


PERISHABLE GOODS

 

Our products are food items. Once delivered, Santana Snacks is not responsible for spoilage, damage, or quality issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
